What Is Color Temperature?
Color temperature is a system used to measure the color characteristics of a light source, with a spectrum that ranges from warm to cool tones. These values are measured in Kelvin (K). In color temperature terms, higher values indicate cooler hues, such as blue, while lower values represent warmer hues, such as yellow. Just as in everyday life, blue is often associated with cool or cold environments, while yellow evokes warm scenes like sunsets and sunrises. In simple terms, color temperature describes how warm or cool a light appears visually.
🤔So, what color temperature is right for me?
Soft yellow light similar to candlelight, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere (such as in living rooms, bedrooms, and lounge areas). The appearance ranges from orange to yellowish white.
Balanced, bright white light. Bulbs in this range emit a more neutral white and may even have a slight blue tone. Suitable for kitchens, offices, bathrooms, living rooms, dining areas, or general-purpose lighting.
Crisp blue-white light. Once the color temperature exceeds 4500K, it enters the “daylight” range. It simulates midday sunlight and is ideal for task lighting, security lighting, or workplaces—especially in areas that require detailed work or sustained focus.

🔄 How to Return (Step-by-Step)
To start your return, please email us at service@loenlight.com. In your email, please include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging condition, and the shipping label to help us assess the issue.
Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return label along with step-by-step instructions via email.
Download and print the return label and attach it on the parcel. Please ensure the label is securely packed in its original packaging.
Hand the package over to the designated carrier for door-to-door pickup.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 3 business days, and you will be notified.

Loenlight will cover the return shipping costs for:
- Damages caused by manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect items received.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
👤 Customer Covers Costs When...
Customer will cover return shipping and applicable import duties if:
- The light is non-defective (Change of mind).
- There is no issue with the delivered item.
- Dissatisfaction due to carrier delivery delays (we are not responsible for carrier delays).
Please note that the company address on our website is not the return address. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return shipping address via email.
We accept exchanges! The fastest way is to return the light and place a new order. For exchanges not due to defects, customer pays return shipping. Custom orders cannot be exchanged once production starts.
We accept cancellations before shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production begins.
Processed to original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Please allow 5-10 business days for bank reflection (varies by bank/Apple Pay/Google Pay).
