Delivery Area
We currently only offer delivery service to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other non-contiguous territories). Please note that we do not accept orders shipped to military addresses.
Orders from areas not covered by our delivery service will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders are eligible for free shipping; there are no hidden fees.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Products stored in U.S. warehouses will ship from U.S. warehouses.
Products not stored in U.S. warehouses will ship directly from the factory.

The estimated delivery date for each item (delivery time may vary depending on size or color) is clearly indicated on the product page.
After the goods are handed over to the carrier, the delivery time will be determined by the third-party logistics provider. Loenlight is not responsible for any delivery delays. To ensure timely delivery, especially on special occasions such as birthdays, we recommend that you place your order in advance.
Changing Shipping Address
Once the goods have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via Loenlight email, online chat, or phone, providing your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
Lighting Fixture Packaging
We use reliable and secure packaging methods to ensure each lighting fixture arrives intact:
Carton with Wooden Frame: Our lighting fixtures are packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes with foam padding inside for extra protection.
The exterior is reinforced with a robust wooden crate frame.
This extra layer of protection ensures the lighting fixtures are protected from damage during transport, minimizing the risk of impact.
VAT and Customs Duties
Customers do not need to pay VAT or customs duties at the time of purchase. The product price is the final price and includes all applicable fees, such as customs duties and import taxes.
However, in rare cases, depending on the regulations of your country, customs may still charge additional local taxes (such as VAT) or other fees, which are beyond our control. If you are unexpectedly charged a fee, please keep all receipts and contact our customer service team with relevant proof. We will review the fees and refund any additional customs duties or taxes you paid.
Tracking Information
We will send you a tracking number via email and notify you when your package is available. You can check the package status on the tracking page.
Address Errors and Delivery Issues
Please ensure all address information you provide at the time of purchase is accurate and complete.
Loenlight is not responsible for lost, delayed, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information (including undelivered or returned packages).
Placing an order indicates your confirmation that all address information is correct and your acceptance of any costs or losses incurred due to incorrect address information.
