Return & Refund Policy

We offer a free 30 business days return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 business days of receiving your lights.

Return Eligibility

The light must be in its original condition, new only, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Light damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect, quality issue, or a mistake in the order.
Light showing signs of use that cannot be resold are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. To start your return, please email us at support@loenlight.com.In your email, please include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging condition, and the shipping label to help us assess the issue.
2. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return label along with step-by-step instructions via email.
3. Download and print the return label and attach it on the parcel. Please ensure the label is securely packed in its original packaging.
4. Hand the package over to the designated carrier for door-to-door pickup.
5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 3 business days, and you will be notified.

Please Note: Returns that have not been approved in advance will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs and Duties

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
For custom-made orders, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect, quality issue, or a mistake in the order.

Loenlight will cover the return shipping costs for damages caused by manufacturing defects or for incorrect items, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Customer will cover the costs associated with return shipping and any applicable import duties if the light is non-defective, there is no issue with the delivered item, and the customer has simply changed their mind.
If the customer is dissatisfied due to delivery delays caused by the carrier and requests a return, we are not responsible for the delay, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address

Please note that the company address on our website is not the return address.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping address via email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.
If the light you received isn’t what you expected and you’d like to exchange it, we’re happy to assist.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the light and place a new order for the desired light.
Please note that for exchanges not due to light defects or our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties if applicable.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged once production has started.

Refund

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, and you will receive a notification email once the refund has been initiated.
It may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
Generally, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
Please note that the timing depends on the payment method used and the processing times of your bank or payment provider, which may vary and are beyond our control.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations; however, they must meet the following conditions:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for any returned items.

Order Inquiries

1. How Long Is the Processing Period?
Our processing time is 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday (GMT+8), excluding holidays.
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (GMT+8).

2. Where is My Order Now?
To track your order, please click Track Your Order or contact support@loenlight.com to get your order information.
Enter your tracking number and you can track your order.

3. How Do I Cancel My Order?
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

4. Will My Order Come in One Package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where Can You Ship?
We currently offer shipping only within the contiguous United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and other non-contiguous regions.)
We do not provide shipping to international locations or U.S. territories outside the contiguous U.S. at this time.

2. How Long is Your Delivery Time?
We offer 2 shipping methods: Workshop Ship for products not in stock in the U.S., and USA Warehouse Ship for items that are in stock and ready for quick delivery.
Workshop Ship ----- 21-38 business days to deliver to your door.
USA Warehouse Ship ----- 3-7 business days
The estimated delivery date for each product, including variations in delivery times for different sizes or colors, is clearly noted on the product page.

3. Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?
If the shipment is already on its way, we won't be able to make any changes to the address.
So please contact us as early as you can via email at support@loenlight.com, live chat or phone, providing your name and order number. We’ll do our best to process your request.

4. How Much Do You Charge for Shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

5. What Can I Do if My Order is Damaged Upon Arrival?
Please take a photo and contact us and send an email to support@loenlight.com, We will replace or refund your wallet for you, it is completely up to you.

6. What Should I Do if an Item is Missing or Damaged Upon Arrival?
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please take clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging condition, and the shipping label. Then, contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order at support@loenlight.com. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Return & Exchange Policy

We Accept Returns Within 30 Business Days.

1. How to Initiate a Return?
1. Contact our team at support@loenlight.com to start the return process.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

2. Who Will Pay For the Return?
Loenlight will cover return shipping and potential duties when:
You receive the wrong or damaged item.
There are manufacturing defects.
In this case, we’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours, with no extra fees or potential duties.

Customer cover shipping and potential duties when:
Customer change their mind.
Customer select the wrong size.
In this case, we'll provide customer a billable return label within 24 hours, by email.


3. When Will I Receive My Refund?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email support@loenlight.com at first.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
